1 bunch Asparagus spears
250g Ham
Pint of Crème Fraiche
1 Dessert spoon Farmhouse
Preserves Horseradish Cream or Sauce
550g Fusilli pasta
Steam 3cm strips of asparagus for 4 minutes, whilst the pasta cooks. Cut the ham into thin strips. When pasta is cooked and drained add all the ingredients together, seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve hot with chopped chives.
