Mixed leaf salad with Mozzarella, Salmon and Lime Jelly, with Coriander and Ginger

Mixed leaves
Mozzarella
Mint leaves
Smoked Salmon
Farmhouse Preserves Lime, Coriander and Ginger Jelly
Olive Oil

Toss the mixed leaves and torn-up mint with a little olive oil, and add the mozzarella pieces. Serve on a small plate with your favourite smoked salmon and drizzle with a teaspoon of Lime, Coriander and Ginger Jelly.

Lime, Coriander and Ginger Jelly is also good with pan-seared fishes and Chicken dinners.
