225g shortcrust pastry

Preserves Cranberry Sauce
220g brie, cubed
4 fl oz milk
4 eggs
Salt and pepper
Roll the pastry and stamp out circles the size of tartlet tin. Chill for _ hr. Bake for ten minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. On removal from oven put _ teaspoon of Cranberry into each pastry case and a cube of brie. Whisk milk, eggs, salt and pepper and pour over brie and cranberry. Cook for 10-15mins at 180 until golden brown.
Farmhouse Preserves Cranberry sauce is also good with duck, chicken, pork and turkey.
